Starting off, with Essential Oils

I bought some now what...


You went off to a workshop - you heard about them, you began to experience them, you decided to buy a few. Oops, put them in the bathroom cabinet and forgot about them. Time went by and you noticed them, you looked at them

Now what? These small bottles have so much power, using just a few drops can help you in so many ways, emotionally and physically. Remember though, when trying anything new, take precautions. learn and ask around. These are so powerful, and some can't be used when pregnant, or on children. You want to use test spots, and ask a knowledgeable person - a trained Aromotherapist, or as I do regularly Google has become my partner.


I want to share with you just a few ways to get the benefits of Essential Oils. I will not discuss the actual Oils, but ways to use them, find out which blends, oils you will enjoy by smelling them, and your specific needs for overall health and wellness. You can also check out some of my other blogs that can help you a well. Just research, as many Essential Oils are not pure 100% if you buy a inexpensive brand expect that this is the case. Purchase from a reliable company or person that can guarantee each drop is pure.


These are just a few fun ways to use them....


1. Diffusing.


Essential oils not only smell nice, but they have many purposes around the home and in supporting your health, and overall wellbeing. Can help you breath easier, help with respiratory issues, especially with younger children. Can enhance mood, relieve stress and fatigue. Can help relax you - and even help you sleep. Using different blends can really benefit the whole family.






2. Foot Soak

Nothing more enjoyable after a long day. Enjoying a relaxing soak. By adding a few drops of your favorite Essential Oil can add extra benefits. Neuropathy, tired feet, athletes foot just to name a few a few drops can improve your health and make those tired sore feet so much better.





3. Taking a bath.



Another really easy way to enjoy the benefits. Add 5 to 10 drops of essential oil to a full bathtub. Chamomile and lavender for relaxation and stress relief; pine oils and rosemary are good for a post-workout soak when your limbs are achy. Do you enjoy a bath for two , there are even oils that are grat as a aphrodisiac.





4. Home Cleaning.


You want to have a healthy lifestyle? You personally take care of you and your family. But, do you realize all the harsh chemicals that go into your daily cleaning products. You can make your own cleaning products, with essential oils. They clean great and will also product your loved ones.
