Pain, Pain Go Away

Lesley Silver

Since Bible times, Essential Oils have been used to relieve pain and inflammation. As well as having so many other benefits. Many essential oils are even more effective than regular prescription and over the counter pharmaceutical drugs.

( For severe conditions please still consult with your physician)

Essential oils have fewer side effects than many modern drugs and they also help to soothe your mind and can make you feel more relaxed. Essential oils can play a very important role in pain management and in treating many inflammatory conditions. If you suffer from chronic pain like migraines, fibromyalgia, nerve pain ( neuropathy) lower back pain, sciatica, neck and shoulder pain and other related conditions, you can benefit from the use of Essential Oils, and learn how you can control your pain.

I am a sufferer: I have diabetic neuropathy, fibromyalgia, chronic back issues from numerous surgeries and procedures, and as well neck and shoulder issues. Without essential oils I doubt I would be able to get out of bed and function. I am not saying I am pain free, but I can move around and do things.

I will share with you my routine and also post some of the other oils and their benefits. You may have to find what works for you.

1. I generally use Copaiba 2-3 drops under my tongue. 2-3 times a day

Other ways: Simply dilute your copaiba oil with a suitable base oil and massage it into your muscles and painful joints. You will definitely notice the difference. Copaiba essential oil is considered to be one of the best natural anti-inflammatory substances in the world.

2. On very painful days I will make a Veggie Cap - with 2 drops of Copaiba, and 2 drops Frankincense. I have just heard by adding Turmeric it will be an added |"bonus"

Frankincense: is also another one of the anti-inflammatory oils, as Turmeric

but this also has pain-reducing characteristics.

I will also use Deep Blue Touch

Other ways Deep Blue Comes

around area's of great pain especially knee's and ankles.,

for shoulders and neck: Past Tense
