Nighty Night: with Essential Oils

Are you having difficulty sleeping? Does your mind wonder? Can't relax? Do you need a little help so you relax at night to get a good night sleep?


If you like to diffuse, prefer a nice spray in your bed, or blend for your feet, here are different options for you. Hope you get the benefits as I do, and please comment and let me know.


For diffiusing


1. Sleep Tight Blend

2 drops lavender

1 drop marjoram

1 drop pathchouli

1 drop ylang ylang


2. Spa Sleep

3 drops lavender

4 drops lime

2 drops peppermint


3. Sweet Dreams

1 drop lemon

1 drop cedarwood

2 drops wild orange

1 drop ylang ylang


Pillow Mist

5 drops lavender

5 drops cedarwood

1/2 cup distilled water


Add to a glass spray bottle. spray your sheets and pillowcase


Nighty Night Roller Blend for Feet

15 drops lavender

10 drops vetiver

5 drops cedarwood

Fractionated Coconut Oil


Add the drops into a 10ml roller bottle - top up with the coconut oil. Shake well to combine and roll on to feet before going to bed
