I really would like to try to lose weight as so many others. Over the years did the numerous weight loss gimmicks. Have had my highs and low weight coming up on the scale - but now that I am reaching my 60's as well as different health related issues, it has been more difficult to get the pounds off, stay healthy, and have the energy to maintain it all.
So lets do this together!
So what's the basic plan to loosing weight?
1. More protein, fat and of course lots of vegetables
Each one of your meals should include a protein source, a fat source and low-carb vegetables.
Your protein source would be meat, fish or eggs. Best fat sources are Olive, Coconut or Avocado Oils, or butter. Vegetables many ae better for you then others, but you can incorporate what you enjoy and remember "green"
2. Cut back Sugars and Carbs
Check those labels of your every day items you use so many have - sugars are generally very high. Cook natural products, make your own sauces, and dressings. Lower or even attempt to remove your carb intake, and brown could be better
3. Get active and move your body...
Find something that you will stick to, walk, run, swim, Yoga, weight training
There are many ways as well to increase your metabolism, or if you feel you have tried this so many times and it just doesn't work, and you are looking for the additional help. I know for me I need all the help I can get
Then you should consider using essential oils for weight loss. Using the oils by themselves will probably not take the weight off you have to incorporate the overall regime to make it work.
